**Where We Ship**

**Canada**: We ship nationwide to all provinces and territories.

**United States**: We currently ship only to fully legal states where the sale and possession of smoking accessories are permitted. California is currently excluded from our shipping destinations despite being a fully legal state due to compliance with privacy data regulations.
**Other Recreationally Legal Countries**: We also ship to the following countries where smoking accessories are recreationally legal:
- Uruguay
- Georgia
- South Africa
- Mexico
- Malta
- Thailand
- Luxembourg
- Germany
- Australia (varies by region).

**Processing Times**
​
- Orders are typically processed within **3-5 business days** of receipt. Processing time may vary during peak periods or for custom-made items.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time; you will receive an estimated shipping date when your order is confirmed.

**Shipping Methods and Costs**
​
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We offer **Standard Shipping**:
- **North America**: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- **Rest of the World**: Estimated delivery within 10-28 business days.
-Free shipping is available on orders over $400 within North America and $500 for the rest of the world. This offer applies to items from our "Ready-to-Ship" shop only. This offer excludes custom orders.

**Order Tracking**

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- We do not require a signature upon delivery, but this service can be requested by the client during checkout at no additional cost.

**Customs and Import Duties**

- Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

**Delivery Issues**

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Moonstoned Alternative is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at **moonstonedalternative@hotmail.com** so we can assist in resolving the issue. Lost orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately at **moonstonedalternative@hotmail.com** with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

**Restrictions**
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Customers must be of legal age in their country of origin to purchase. This means 19+ in Canada and 21+ in the United States.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or legal limitations.

**Holiday and Peak Season Notice**

- Please note that during holiday periods or peak seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

**Order Cancellations**
​
- Orders can be canceled up until they are shipped, with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders cannot be canceled once fully paid and the piece has been epoxied/sealed.

**International Restrictions and Disclaimer**

- While we strive to ship to all recreationally legal countries listed, please be aware that Moonstoned Alternative is not responsible for packages lost or rejected at customs due to local regulations.
